Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

We have struck gold with this 3 ingredient, high protein low sugar peanut butter cup.


1 cup The System by Stacy (Peanut Butter)

1/2 cup almond cream

1/2 cup unsweetened dark chocolate


  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler

  2. Add 1/8 almond cream to chocolate and stir until mixture smooth. Add almond cream as necessary to achieve desired consistency.

  3. Add mixture to muffin cups and spread chocolate so the bottom and sides have a thick coating of chocolate.

  4. Put in freezer for 30 minutes

  5. Mix one cup of The System by Stacy with 1/8 - 1/4 cup of almond cream. Mix until creamy and thick.

  6. Add peanut butter mixture into chocolate cups and freeze for 1 hour

  7. Serve and enjoy
