Either I dried my jeans on extra hot or I've got some winter padding on. You guys feel me on that one, right?

But it's not like the holidays are going to stop just because I put on a few pounds. It's also not like I am going to stop eating and drinking myself into a coma every other day before Jan 1.

Luckily, with the aid of Holy Basil, Ashwagandha and Dandelion I can minimize the power of my poor dietary choices and so can you. Each of these herbs/roots have specific effects on the body that aid with weight loss from stress and anxiety reduction to blood sugar regulation to de - bloating.
